Stefan Hunter MysliwiecFebruary 16, 1933 ~ June 16, 2017 (age 84)
Stefan Hunter Mysliwiec, Kaukauna, age 84 passed away with his loving family at his side at St. Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, June 16, 2017. He was born in Poland to the late Alojzy and Joanna Mysliwiec. Stefan graduated from Institute of Technology in Gliwice Poland with a degree in Engineering. He worked for Giddings and Lewis in Kaukauna and retired from Kimberly Clark Neenah. Stefan married the love of his life, Hilda Helen 54 years ago. They were blessed with 2 children: Alina (Nicholas) Van Camp and John. He is further survived by a brother, Leon and a sister-in-law, Dorota.
He was preceded in death by his brothers: Bolek, Czeslaw, Tonik and Franek Mysliwiec, sisters-in-law: Nela, Elka, Valeria and Truda.
Dad traveled the world and learned many languages. He had an insatiable thirst to understand people and enjoyed spending time with others. He loved books, music, working on cars, fixing everything around the house and being with family. He was active in the church as a member of the Parish counsel, communion distributer and choir member.
Memorial service for Stefan will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH at ST. MARY CHURCH with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating.
